1. Conformance status
We measure our website against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
Partially conformant
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working on remediation — see the known issues section below for current limitations and our remediation timeline.

5. Known limitations and remediation timeline
Despite our best efforts, the following accessibility limitations exist. We are actively working to resolve them:
Portfolio media samples
Voice-over audio demos do not yet have full text transcripts. Remediation: Transcripts will be added by August 2026.
Downloadable PDFs
Some case-study PDFs were produced before our tagging standard was introduced and may not be screen-reader optimised. Remediation: An accessible HTML version of every PDF case study will be available by October 2026.
Live chat widget
Our live chat widget is currently being audited for assistive-technology compatibility. Remediation: Updates rolling out August 2026; in the meantime, please contact us via email or phone (see below).
